Submission Dates of Registration Documents All Announcements

Dear Students,
By taking into account the pandemic process and mid-term exam weeks, the registration documents submission schedule has been determined according to the departments. December 30 November – December 4, 2020 will be the deadline for the submission of the document.
Be present to submit your registration documents at YTU - Davutpasa Congress and Cultural Center on the day set in the calendar for the department where you register Online and take into account working hours(8:30 – 16:15).

You must submit your documents required for registration in full on the announced dates. Click here for the list of required documents.
Download the registration commitment form (Kayıt Taahhütnamesi) and fill in only the information at the bottom.
Note 1 : The student will perform the registration only himself / herself. If the student himself cannot come for various reasons during the document delivery, the student's attorney, who is notarized by power of attorney, can perform the document delivery process for registration.
Your notarized attorney must submit both the power of attorney and a photocopy of his or her identity in addition to your registration documents.
Note 2 : If you cannot deliver a number of documents on the registration dates because you have not yet obtained them from institutions, we would like to remind you that you can submit missing documents on December 14-15, 2020, the deadline set by YÖK. We also strongly note that no document delivery can be made after December 15, 2020.
Only equivalence certificate (you must show your appointment document that you have applied to the Provincial Directorate of National Education.), Residence Permit Card and TÖMER certificate can be considered as mising document. All other documents must be delivered in full.
Note 3 : Due to the Covid-19 pandemic process, only the student or only the student's notarized representative must come to the delivery of the documents. Students ' families or friends do not come, only the student is highly asked to come.
