TURKISH AND ENGLISH PREPARATION

• For details on the requirements for studying in the Turkish language preparatory class and/or English language preparatory class, please CLICK HERE on our directive. The date and place of the English Preparatory Exam will be announced by the School of Foreign Languages at  www.ybd.yildiz.edu.tr.

• If you have any questions about submitting a valid English test score such as TOEFL or the EPE (English Proficiency) exam, please check www.ybd.yildiz.edu.tr address or send an e-mail to the ybdmdr@yildiz.edu.tr address.
• You can consult the offices of TÖMER (For Turkish language education for foreigners) in the www.tomer.yildiz.edu.tr and Old Library building.

RESIDENCE APPLICATION AND RESIDENCE CARD

• For new residence application/extension application: CLICK HERE for detailed information about the student residence application process.  After applying online at e-ikamet.goc.gov.tr, you must immediately go to any Immigration Administration that accepts fingerprints with your application form, current student certificate and passport without waiting for the appointment date.

• Fingerprints must be given again before extension applications. (If the fingerprint number starting with G or L appears automatically on the application form, you do not need to give fingerprints.) Afterwards, you must deliver your documents to our office by hand. You should not forget to bring your original passport when you come for delivery.

• After applying online, you have 7 days to submit your documents to our office; otherwise, you need to apply again.
•  

TRANSPORTATION CARD AND STUDENT CARD

• For the ISTANBUL card, please send the front and back images of your residence card and your student number  to our admissions@yildiz.edu.tr address by e-mail.

• For a student card, please consult the office next to the İşbank branch in the Davutpaşa Campus Dining Hall building.
