Required Documents for Registration

DOCUMENTS FOR REGISTRATION:

International Students Registration Form: This registration form should be filled in CAPITAL letters on a computer and a photo must be attached on it. For the form, please click!

 

High School Diploma and a Copy of it: Graduation Certificates will not be accepted for registration. 

However, in exceptional cases, students who didn’t receive their diplomas from the school they graduated from and applied with Temporary Graduation Certificate must submit their original diplomas to the International Student Unit within 90 (ninety) days from the date of registration.

The registration of the students who do not submit their original diplomas within 90 (ninety) days to the Unit will be deleted from the system.

 

Document of Equivalence: International students should apply to İl Milli Eğitim Müdürlüğü or Yurtdışı Eğitim Müşavirliği for equivalence. The registration of the students who do not submit their letter of equivalence within 90 (ninety) days to the International Students Unit will be deleted from the system.

Documents of Required Exam scores 

 

TÖMER Language Certificate ( original document and a copy of it) : Students who do not hold Turkish citizenship or do not have a Bluecard have to submit  at least C1 Level Turkish Language Certificate taken from any universities in Turkey or Yunus Emre Enstitüsü in order to take courses at their departments. Passport and 2 Copies of it: In case of change in Student's name, she/he must submit her/his Certificate of Name Equivalence to the Unit.

 

Residence Permit and a Copy of it: Students who do not have a Residence permit must apply to İl Göç İdaresi and must submit it within 90 (ninty) days to the International Students Unit.

Tuition Fee Payment Invoice (Bluecard Holders, Turkish citizens who complete their secondary education in a foreign country, and Syrian students do not pay tuition fees. Students who hold dual citizenships have to pay the tuition fee. Additionaly, Students who graduated from the high schools listed here do not pay tuition fees as well.) 

 

Scholarships Commitment Letter: a copy of signed Turkish scholarships commitment letter. (Only For YTB STUDENTS)

 

Letter of Invitation: a printed out copy of the e-mail (turkiyeburslari.gov.tr must be seen on the copy) sent by Presidency for Turks Abroad and Related Communities (Only for YTB STUDENTS)

For citizens of Turkey: National ID card (Nüfus cüzdanı) and 2 copies of it

 

For the students who hold Turkish nationalities (including dual citizenships): Certificate of Identity register copy (Vukuatlı nüfus Kayıt Örneği Nüfus Müdürlüklerinden alınmalıdır.) 

 

For Bluecard Holders: 1) Bluecard and 2 Copies of it  2) Certificate of Bluecard register copy (Mavi Kartlı Öğrenciler hem "Kapalı Kayıt" olarak gösterildikleri Vukuatlı Nüfus Kayıt Örneğini, hem de "SAĞ" olarak gösterildikleri Mavi Kartlılar Nüfus Kayıt Örneği'ni teslim etmelidirler.
