Required documents for application: 

a) approved copy of or original high school diploma / the certificate -taken from the high school - showing the date of graduation for the candidates that have not received high school diploma yet 

b) The original transkript or any other document showing high school graduation GPA (grade point average) and its translation in Turkish or English. 

c) Copies of the pages of a valid passport 

d) The accepted exam score cards or diploma approved by foreign representative offices of Turkey or Notary. Please check the Updated Link  for the list of the accepted exam scores and diploma types. Note: The exam scores should be taken in the last two years.
